Payment receipt
Include the appeal link, donor account email, amount, payment timestamp, and a short description of what does not match.
Appeal or feeder concern
Include the public page link and what looks inaccurate, unsafe, duplicated, or out of step with the care plan.
Public safety issue
Do not send sensitive documents unless support asks. Never post phone numbers, payment IDs, private file links, or full receipt numbers in comments.
